By using Immani Escrow (escrow.immanihub.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Immani Escrow is a payment holding service. We hold funds in escrow until both parties confirm a transaction is complete. Payments are processed by e-confirm and M-Pesa (Safaricom). Immani Escrow is not a bank and does not provide financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Kenyan phone number to use Immani Escrow. By using the service, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Immani Escrow charges a commission on transactions, plus e-confirm's fee. Fees are shown before you pay. We may update fees from time to time, and any changes will apply to new escrows.
If a transaction goes wrong, either party may file a dispute. Funds remain held while the dispute is reviewed. Immani offers professional services including certified professionals and lawyers to help facilitate resolution. For legal claims, consult a qualified advocate or the appropriate Kenyan court or tribunal.
Immani Escrow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the service, third-party payment failures, or disputes between parties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific transaction in question.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
